Clinical effect of atorvastatin calcium tablets combined with cardiovascular drugs in the treatment of coronary heart disease
阿托伐他汀钙片联合心血管药物治疗冠心病的临床效果

摘要

目的 分析阿托伐他汀钙片联合心血管药物治疗冠心病的临床效果。方法 研究的时间为2021.3月-2022.3月，研究的对象是这一期间我院收治的60例冠心病患者，根据治疗方法的不同分成两组，研究组予以阿托伐他汀钙片联合心血管药物治疗，对照组予以心血管药物治疗，对两组治疗后的临床疗效展开对比。结果 用药后不良反应对比，研究组不良反应发生率低于对照组，P＜0.05；心功能结构指标比较，对比差异显著，P＜0.05；血脂指标两组对比上，经治疗后研究组的各项指标评分均低于对照组，P＜0.05。治疗效果对比，研究组治疗有效率高于对照组，P＜0.05。结论 冠心病接受阿托伐他汀钙片联合心血管药物治疗临床效果显著，用药后安全性也极高，会改善患者的心功能和血脂情况。

Abstract

Objective to analyze the clinical effect of atorvastatin calcium tablets combined with cardiovas- cular drugs in the treatment of coronary heart disease.
Methods: the study lasted from March 2021 to March 2022. The subjects of the study were 60 patients with coronary heart disease treated in our hospital during this period. They were divided into two groups according to different treatment methods. The study group was treated with atorvastatin calcium tablets combined with cardiovascular drugs, and the control group was treated with cardiovas- cular drugs. The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.
Results: the incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05); There was significant difference in cardiac function and structure indexes (P<0.05); In the comparison of blood lipid indexes between the two groups, the scores of various indexes in the study group were lower than those in the control group after treatment, P<0.05. Compared with the treatment effect, the treatment efficiency of the study group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion  : the clinical effect of atorvastatin calcium tablets combined with cardiovascular drugs in the treatment of coronary heart disease is significant, and the safety is also very high after treatment, which will improve the cardiac function and blood lipids of patients.
