Discussion on the application of comfortable nursing in operating room nursing
手术室护理中舒适护理的应用探讨

摘要

目的 探讨手术室护理中舒适护理的应用效果。方法 在我院2021年1月至2022年1月手术室收治的患者中，择取200例资料完备的进行实验。按照数字表排序的序号单双来进行分组，并分别予以不同的护理方案。序号为单的患者有100例，采取常规护理干预；序号为双的患者有100例，采取舒适护理干预。从2组患者的体征变化上，来观察其护理效果，且就患者对护理满意度进行统计。结果 观察组患者血压升高、心率加快、心理压力加大等现象相较于对照组发生率偏低，差异显著（P＜0.05）。观察组患者对护理满意度明显高于对照组，差异显著（P＜0.05）。结论 在手术室护理中，选用舒适护理，可保证患者生理和心理的舒适度，使之较为稳定，还可优化患者对护理满意度，具有较高的推广价值。

Abstract

Objective To explore the application effect of comfort nursing in operating room nursing.
Methods Among the patients admitted to the operating room in our hospital from January 2021 to January 2022, 200 patients with complete data were selected for the experiment. According to the odd and even numbers of the serial numbers sorted by the digital table, they are divided into groups, and different nursing programs are given respectively. There were 100 patients with single serial number who received routine nursing intervention; 100 patients with double serial number received comfortable nursing intervention. The nursing effect was observed from the changes of physical signs of the two groups of patients, and the patients' satisfaction with nursing was counted.
Results Compared with the control group, the incidence of increased blood pressure, increased heart rate, and increased psychological stress in the observation group was lower, and the difference was significant (P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the difference was significant (P<0.05).
Conclusion   In operating room nursing, the choice of comfortable nursing can ensure the patient's physical and psychological comfort, make it more stable, and optimize the patient's satisfaction with nursing, which has high promotion value.
