Application of holistic rehabilitation nursing in patients with coronary heart disease
整体化康复护理在冠心病患者中的应用分析

摘要

目的 分析整体化康复护理在冠心病患者中的应用效果。方法 将研究的时间选定在2021.1月-2022.1月，研究对象是这一期间我院收治的70例冠心病患者，使用随机分组的办法，将全体患者平均分成两组，一组为研究组，予以整体化康复护理，另一组为常规组，予以常规护理，两组患者例数都是35例，对两组分别护理干预后的生活质量评分、血脂水平进行对比。结果 在生活质量评分对比上，研究组的社会功能评分、心理功能评分、物质生活评分、躯体功能评分均高于常规组中的患者，P＜0.05；在血脂水平对比上，经护理后研究组的评分也要低于常规组，P＜0.05，以上均存在统计学意义。结论 冠心病患者接受整体化康复护理，会改善他们的血脂水平，提高患者的生活质量，值得应用。

Abstract

Objective to analyze the effect of integrated rehabilitation nursing in patients with coronary heart disease.
Methods the study period was selected from January 2021 to January 2022. The subjects were 70 patients with coronary heart disease treated in our hospital during this period. All patients were divided into two groups by random method. One group was the study group, which was given integrated rehabilitation care, and the other group was the routine group, which was given routine care. The number of patients in both groups was 35. The quality of life scores and blood lipid levels of the two groups were compared after nursing intervention.
Results the scores of social function, psychological function, material life and physical function in the study group were higher than those in the routine group (P<0.05); In the comparison of blood lipid level, the score of the study group after nursing was also lower than that of the routine group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   integrated rehabilitation nursing for patients with coronary heart disease can improve their blood lipid level and improve their quality of life, which is worthy of application.
