Analysis of the effect of health education clinical nursing path applied to diabetes clinical nursing
健康教育临床护理路径应用于糖尿病临床护理中的效果分析

摘要

目的 实验将针对糖尿病患者开展健康教育临床路径护理措施，提升临床护理疗效。方法 2020年1月-2021年1月期间，我院收治了4000例糖尿病患者为对象，分组以盲抽的方式选择患者，健康教育临床路径护理措施（观察组），常规护理（对照组）。对比治疗成果。结果 从数据可见，在护理干预后，两组患者的血糖水平均有所下降，且观察组在FBG及2hPBG指标上均低于对照组，对比差异大（P<0.05）。干预后自我管理行为均有不同程度提升，且观察组患者在六大自我行为上的得分水平均高于对照组，对比差异大（P<0.05）。观察组干预后，患者的生活质量各项指标高于对照组，对比差异大（P<0.05）；观察组干预后健康知识认知水平及依从性评分均高于对照组，对比差异大（P<0.05）。结论 采用健康教育临床路径护理措施对于糖尿病患者的康复治疗效果显著，帮助患者认识疾病，提升用药、用餐等方面的依从性，积极的控制血糖，并取得了不错成果，可推广。

Abstract

Objective The experiment will carry out health education clinical pathway nursing measures for diabetic patients to improve the clinical nursing effect.
Methods From January 2020 to January 2021, 4000 diabetic patients were treated in our hospital, and they were treated as the subjects of this experiment. The patients were selected by blind sampling, health education and clinical path nursing measures (observation group), usual care (control group). Compare treatment outcomes.
Results It can be seen from the data that after the nursing intervention, the blood glucose levels of the two groups of patients decreased, and the FBG and 2hPBG indexes of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, with a big difference (P<0.05). After the intervention, self-management behaviors were improved to varying degrees, and the scores of the six major self-behaviors in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, with a big difference (P<0.05). After the intervention, the quality of life indicators of the patients in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the difference was large (P<0.05).
Conclusion   The use of health education and clinical pathway nursing measures has a significant effect on the rehabilitation and treatment of diabetic patients, helping patients to recognize the disease, improve the compliance of medication and meals, and actively control blood sugar, and has achieved good results, which can be promoted.
