摘要
目的 探究小儿支原体肺炎院内行X线和CT检查的有效性。方法 研究从我院门诊影像科电子病历系统中抽取60例小儿肺炎患者信息,选取时间为2021年3月到2022年5月,家长和患儿同意参加研究后,使用统计学随机法分组,分别为研究组(CT诊断)、对照组(胸部X线诊断),每组患儿30例,比对组间诊断准确率和具体影像学表现。结果 研究组检查手段的准确率显著高于对照组,P值<0.05;研究组胸腔积液情况的检出率高,肺纹理增厚情况的检出率低,对比显示P值<0.05。结论 针对小儿支原体肺炎疾病,CT诊断的准确率更高,但具体肺部病变情况检出率差异较小,因此,早期应结合以上两种检测手段给出相对准确的判定结果。

Abstract
Objective To explore the effectiveness of X-ray and CT examination in children with mycoplasma pneumonia. Methods 60 children with pneumonia were selected from the electronic medical record system of the outpatient imaging department of our hospital. The selected time was from March 2021 to may 2022. After the parents and children agreed to participate in the study, they were divided into the study group (CT diagnosis) and the control group (chest X-ray diagnosis) by statistical random method. There were 30 children in each group. The diagnostic accuracy and specific imaging findings were compared between the groups. Results the accuracy of examination methods in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05); In the study group, the detection rate of pleural effusion was high, and the detection rate of lung texture thickening was low. The comparison showed that P<0.05. Conclusion for children with mycoplasma pneumonia, the accuracy of CT diagnosis is higher, but there is little difference in the detection rate of specific lung lesions. Therefore, the early detection results should be given by combining the above two detection methods.
