摘要
目的 SBAR沟通对血液科交接班质量的分析。方法 实验于2020年1月至2020年12月期间按照我院血液科交接班方式进行分组,并命名为常规组与研究组。常规组所采用的交接班模式为常规交接班,研究组则采用SBAR沟通方式。再次期间并选择190例前来我院血液科就诊的病人入组进行调研。总结与探究2种交接班模式实施效果。结果 常规组帮我达成我的需求得分、保护健康隐私得分、鼓励参与护理活动得分、床边病情交流得分、予我舒适之感、确保知晓对健康得分与研究组相比较低,两组对照差异明显,(P<0.05)。常规组不打断我的说话,认真倾听得分、交班时传递给我重要信息得分、以我能理解的方式进行指导、尊重我得分均低于研究组,两组对照差异明显,(P<0.05)。结论 SBAR沟通方式用于血液科交接班期间,可提高交接班质量,此方案值得临床应用于普及。

Abstract
Objective To analyze the transfer quality of hematology department through SBAR communication. Methods From January 2020 to December 2020, the experiment was divided into two groups according to the shift of hematology department of our hospital, and named as routine group and study group. The shift transfer mode used by the normal group was the regular shift, while the communication mode of SBAR was adopted by the research group. During the second period, 190 patients who came to the hematology department of our hospital were selected for investigation. To summarize and explore the implementation effects of two shift changing modes. Results The routine group scored in helping me achieve my needs, protecting my health privacy, encouraging me to participate in nursing activities, communicating about my illness at bedside, giving me a sense of comfort, and ensuring that I knew that my health score was lower than that of the study group, and there were significant differences between the two groups (P<0.05). The score of the routine group was lower than that of the study group in not interrupting my speech, listening carefully, transferring important information to me during shift, guiding me in a way I could understand and respecting me, and there was a significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion SBAR communication method can improve the quality of hematology shift during the transition period, which is worthy of clinical application and popularization.
