Effect of amiodarone and metoprolol on arrhythmia
心律失常应用胺碘酮与美托洛尔治疗的效果观察

摘要

目的 探讨在心律失常治疗中联用胺碘酮及美托洛尔施治的意义。方法 试验所选择对象是2020.03至2022.03此阶段内，在我院治疗的心律失常病患共计80例，根据随机数字表法均分作两组，治疗期间对照组采用胺碘酮，观察组联用胺碘酮及美托洛尔，统计两组疗效、恢复情况及用药安全性指标差异。结果 经对组间总疗效进行比较，观察组比对照组高，P＜0.05；经对组间恢复情况进行比较，观察组心律失常发作次数、持续时间及血压水平比对照组低，P＜0.05；经对组间用药安全性进行比较，观察组与对照组无显著性差异，P＞0.05。结论 联用美托洛尔及胺碘酮施治，可对患者症状进行有效改善，减少症状发作频率及持续时间，同时还能控制血压水平处于稳定状态，且不易增加患者发生不良用药反应风险，适宜基层医院借鉴应用。

Abstract

Objective To explore the significance of amiodarone combined with metoprolol in the treatment of arrhythmia.
Methods: the subjects selected in the trial were 80 patients with arrhythmia treated in our hospital from March 2020 to March 2022. They were divided into two groups according to the random number table method. During the treatment, the control group was treated with amiodarone, and the observation group was treated with amiodarone and metoprolol. The differences of therapeutic effect, recovery and drug safety indexes between the two groups were counted.
Results: the total curative effect of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05); After comparing the recovery between the groups, the frequency, duration and blood pressure level of arrhythmia in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05); There was no significant difference between the observation group and the control group (P > 0.05).
Conclusion  : the combination of metoprolol and amiodarone can effectively improve the symptoms of patients, reduce the frequency and duration of symptoms, control the blood pressure level in a stable state, and is not easy to increase the risk of adverse drug reactions. It is suitable for reference and application in grass-roots hospitals.
