手术室护理中人性化护理模式的应用效果

摘要

目的 论全程护理模式在手术患者中的应用。方法 随机选择在我院医治的手术患者500例，按随机方式分组，其中250例采取常规护理（对照组），另250例实施全程护理模式（观察组），经观察对比，得出结论。结果 对于各项数据的对比来说，观察组护理方法的各项数据更加有优势，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。护理之后观察组患者护理满意度、不良反应、SAS、SDS评分明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 使用本研究方法进行护理，可提高患者对护理服务的满意度，改善焦虑、抑郁等消极心理，减少不良反应的发生，值得临床推广应用。

Abstract

Objective objective: the application of the theory of the whole nursing model in surgical patients.
Methods randomly selected 500 cases in our hospital to heal the surgery patients, according to the random grouping, among them 250 cases take routine nursing (control group) and another 250 cases of the whole nursing model (observation group) and compared with observations and conclusions.
Results for all the data contrast, observation group nursing methods of the data is more advantage, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Observation group of patients after nursing care satisfaction, adverse reactions, SAS, SDS score was better than control group, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   nursing method used in this study, can improve the patients to nursing service satisfaction, improve anxiety, depression and other negative psychology, reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions, worthy of clinical popularization and application.
