谈感染性疾病甲肝、戊肝的免疫学检验效果

摘要

目的 探讨感染性疾病甲肝、戊肝的免疫学检验效果。方法 本次研究需要采用抽样调查法抽选研究对象,抽样时间为2020年12月至2021年12月,抽样对象为经临床检验已确诊的感染性疾病甲肝、戊肝患者,抽样数量为120,将其中60例患者纳入实验组,采用化学发光法检测,剩余60例纳入对照组,采用酶联免疫法检测,通过收集两组患者检查结果来对比两种检测方法的优劣。结果 经过检测可知,采用化学发光法检测的实验组患者感染性疾病甲肝、戊肝检测准确率均明显高于采用酶联免疫法检测对照组,两组数据对比差异显著,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 经过上述研究数据对比可知,化学发光法能够对感染性疾病甲肝、戊肝进行准确的检测与诊断,为尽早给予患者对症治疗提供可靠的参考依据,在临床上值得大力推广应用。

Abstract

Objective To explore the immunological test results of hepatitis A and hepatitis E in infectious diseases.
Methods This research needs to use the sample survey method to select the research objects. The sampling time is from December 2020 to December 2021. The sample is the hepatitis A and hepatitis E patients who have been confirmed clinically diagnosed infectious diseases. The sampling quantity is 120, 60 of them will be included in the experimental group, the chemiluminescence method is used to detect, the remaining 60 cases are included in the control group, and the enzyme linked immunosorbent assay is used to detect. The examination results of the two groups of patients were collected to compare the advantages and disadvantages of the two detection methods.
Results After testing, we can see that the accuracy rate of chemiluminescence detection of infectious diseases in hepatitis B and hepatitis E is significantly higher in the experimental group than that in the control group by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay. The difference between the two groups is statistically significant (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   Through the comparison of the above research data, we can know that chemiluminescence can detect and diagnose hepatitis A and hepatitis E in infectious diseases, providing reliable reference for early symptomatic treatment of patients, and is worthy of promotion and application in clinic.
