细胞治疗在缺血性心脏病心肌修复中的转化医学研究现状与展望

摘要

细胞治疗作为缺血性心脏病心肌修复的创新策略,通过干细胞、祖细胞及基因编辑技术促进心肌再生与血管新生。目前,间充质干细胞、心脏祖细胞及诱导多能干细胞等已在临床试验中展现出改善心功能、减少纤维化的潜力,但其疗效仍受限于细胞存活率、移植效率及标准化制备等问题。转化医学研究聚焦于优化细胞递送系统、生物材料支架及靶向调控微环境,并结合单细胞测序、类器官模型等新技术阐明作用机制。未来需通过多学科交叉推动精准化治疗体系建立,加速基础研究向临床应用的转化。

Abstract

Cell therapy, as an innovative strategy for myocardial repair of ischemic heart disease, promotes myocardial regeneration and angiogenesis through stem cells, progenitor cells and gene editing technology. At present, mesenchymal stem cells, cardiac progenitor cells and induced pluripotent stem cells have shown the potential to improve cardiac function and reduce fibrosis in clinical trials, but their efficacy is still limited by problems such as cell survival rate, transplantation efficiency and standardized preparation. Translational medicine research focuses on optimizing cell delivery systems, biomaterial scaffolds and targeted regulation of microenvironments, and combines new technologies such as single-cell sequencing and organoid models to clarify the mechanism of action. In the future, it is necessary to promote the establishment of a precision treatment system through multidisciplinary cross-border and accelerate the transformation of basic research to clinical application.
