残余脂蛋白胆固醇与冠心病相关性的研究进展

摘要

冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(Coronary Heart Disease,CHD)对人类生命健康存在严重威胁。在我国最常见的心血管疾病就是冠心病[1,2],CHD的潜伏期比较长,但是发病率、死亡率均较高,防控形式严峻。随着对CHD的规范化健康管理,以及他汀类药物的广泛使用,LDL-C达标率日益增加。然而,部分患者即使LDL-C水平达标,仍有心血管事件发生。深入研究CHD风险因素发现,残余脂蛋白胆固醇(RLP-C)对CHD有着非常重要的预测价值。有研究表明,RLP-C是冠心病的危险因子[3,4],为探讨RLP-C与CHD的相关性,本文综述如下。

Abstract

Coronary Heart Disease (CHD) poses a serious threat to human life and health. The most common cardiovascular disease in China is coronary heart disease[1,2]. The incubation period of CHD is relatively long, but the morbidity and mortality are high, and the prevention and control forms are severe. With the standardized health management of CHD and the widespread use of statins, LDL-C compliance is increasing. However, some patients still have cardiovascular events even if LDL-C levels are up to standard. In-depth study of CHD risk factors found that residual lipoprotein cholesterol (RLP-C) has a very important predictive value for CHD. Studies have shown that RLP-C is a risk factor for coronary heart disease[3,4]. In order to explore the correlation between RLP-C and CHD, this paper summarizes as follows.
