摘要
目的 就呋塞米联合小剂量多巴胺治疗心衰合并肾功能不全患者的临床效果予以观察分析，进一步提升患者的睡眠质量和临床疗效。方法 将2020年1月至2021年6月收入本院的心衰合并肾功能不全的88例患者作为此次研究对象，按治疗措施的不同均分为44例/组的对照组、观察组。对照组为常规治疗结合呋塞米，观察组为呋塞米联合小剂量多巴胺治疗，对比治疗成果。结果 从数据可见，观察组患者的心功能指标以及血清NT-proBNP指标相比对照组较优，具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。同时，在两组对比BUN以及Scr指标和CysC指标上存在显著差异，观察组低于对照组，具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。最后，在不良反应中，观察组患者低于对照组，差异显著（P＜0.05）。结论 针对心衰合并肾功能不全患者，为其实施呋塞米联合小剂量多巴胺治疗，可改善患者的心功能指标和肾功能指标，具备一定推广、应用价值。

Abstract
Objective To observe and analyze the clinical effect of furosemide combined with small-dose dopamine in patients with heart failure and renal insufficiency, and further improve the sleep quality and clinical efficacy of patients. Methods 88 patients with heart failure and renal dysfunction enrolled in our hospital from January 2020 to June 2021 were taken as the subjects of this study, which were divided into 44 cases / group control group and observation group according to different treatment measures. The control group was conventional therapy combined with furosemide, and the observation group was furosemide combined with small-dose dopamine treatment, comparing the treatment results. Results According to the data, the cardiac function indicators and serum NT-proBNP indicators in the observation group were better than those in the control group (P <0.05). At the same time, there were significant differences between the two groups in BUN, Scr indicators and CysC indicators, and the observation group was lower than the control group, which was statistically significant (P <0.05). Finally, in the adverse reactions, patients in the observation group were lower than the control group, with significant differences (P <0.05). Conclusion For patients with heart failure and renal insufficiency, furosemide combined with small-dose dopamine treatment can improve the cardiac function index and renal function index of patients, and has certain promotion and application value.
