Clinical effect of clopidogrel combined with atorvastatin calcium on cerebral infarction
氯吡格雷联合阿托伐他丁钙治疗脑梗死的临床效果分析

摘要

目的 观察在对脑梗死患者治疗的过程中选择氯吡格雷联合阿托伐他丁钙进行治疗的效果。方法 按照纳入病例对比观察的方式开展探究，选入在2021年2月至2022年6月接诊患者70例为对象，双盲法均分为2个研究小组，对照组（35例，常规治疗）和观察组（35例，氯吡格雷联合阿托伐他丁钙治疗），分析患者恢复情况。结果 对两组治疗前后总胆固醇水平、低密度脂蛋白水平以及三酰甘油水平，治疗前无差异，P>0.05，治疗后观察组优于对照组，P<0.05。对比两组神经功能缺损评分以及日常活动能力，治疗前无差异，P>0.05，治疗后，观察组优于对照组，P<0.05。结论 在对脑梗死患者开展治疗时按照氯吡格雷联合阿托伐他丁钙进行治疗，可以促使患者血脂水平得到改善，并促使患者神经功能进行恢复，保障对该部分患者的综合治疗效果。

Abstract

Objective To observe the effect of clopidogrel combined with atorvastatin calcium in the treatment of patients with cerebral infarction.
Methods According to the method of comparative observation of the included cases, 70 patients were selected as the subjects from February 2021 to June 2022. Double blind method was used to divide them into two study groups, the control group (35 cases, conventional treatment) and the observation group (35 cases, clopidogrel combined with atorvastatin calcium treatment), and analyze the recovery of patients.
Results There was no difference in total cholesterol, low-density lipoprotein and triacylglycerol levels between the two groups before and after treatment (P>0.05). After treatment, the observation group was superior to the control group (P<0.05). There was no difference between the two groups in neurological function defect score and daily activity ability before treatment (P>0.05). After treatment, the observation group was better than the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Clopidogrel combined with atorvastatin calcium can improve the blood lipid level of patients with cerebral infarction, promote the recovery of neurological function, and ensure the comprehensive treatment effect for these patients.
