Study on application effect of humanistic nursing in community nursing of diabetes
人性化护理在社区糖尿病护理中的应用效果研究

摘要

目的 研究人性化护理用于社区糖尿病患者中的效果。方法 研究时间在2021.4月至2022.4月，研究对象为社区医院收治的100例糖尿病患者，根据护理方法的不同分组，即研究组、常规组，各组患者的例数均是50例，研究组接受人性化护理，常规组接受常规护理，对分别护理后患者的并发症发生情况、护理依从性、血糖控制情况进行对比。结果 研究组的血糖控制评分明显优于常规组中的患者评分，P＜0.05；研究组患者的并发症发生率显著低于常规组，P＜0.05；研究组的护理依从性显著高于常规组，P＜0.05。结论 社区糖尿病患者护理期间接受人性化护理，会避免患者出现各种不良并发症，使患者日常控制好自身血糖值，配合护理人员的工作，完成血糖监测，遵医嘱用药，值得运用。

Abstract

Objective To study the effect of humanistic nursing on diabetes patients in community.
Methods the study period was from April 2021 to April 2022. The study subjects were 100 diabetes patients admitted to community hospitals. They were divided into two groups according to different nursing methods, namely, the study group and the routine group. The number of patients in each group was 50. The study group received humanistic nursing and the routine group received routine nursing. The complications, nursing compliance and blood sugar control of patients after nursing were compared.
Results The blood glucose control score in the study group was significantly better than that in the conventional group (P<0.05); The incidence of complications in the study group was significantly lower than that in the conventional group (P<0.05); The nursing compliance of the study group was significantly higher than that of the routine group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   the humanized nursing of diabetes patients in the community during the nursing period can avoid all kinds of adverse complications, make the patients control their own blood sugar value, cooperate with the work of nursing staff, complete blood sugar monitoring, and follow the doctor's advice. It is worth using.
