摘要
目的 探究重症哮喘患者应用机械通气联合布地奈德混悬液治疗的效果。方法 本次研究样本是80例重症哮喘患者,研究时间是2021年6月至2022年6月,所有样本以数字标注法为标准划分为2组,常规组(n=40)在常规治疗的同时进行机械通气,而研究组(n=40)再联合布地奈德混悬液,对比2组疗效和血气分析指标变化。结果 在疗效方面,研究组治疗有效的患者占比高于常规组,分别为95.00%和77.50%,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在指标改善方面,研究组治疗后的二氧化碳分压(PaCO2)、血氧分压(PaO2)、pH值优于常规组,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 重症哮喘患者在机械通气治疗的同时吸入布地奈德混悬液,能达到比较理想的临床效果,还能明显改善血气分析指标,具有大力推广应用价值。

Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of mechanical ventilation combined with budesonide suspension in the treatment of severe asthma. Methods The study samples were 80 patients with severe asthma from June 2021 to June 2022. All the samples were divided into two groups according to the numerical labeling method. The conventional group (n=40) was given mechanical ventilation along with conventional treatment, while the study group (n=40) was combined with budesonide suspension. The therapeutic effect and changes of blood gas analysis indexes were compared between the two groups. Results In terms of efficacy, the proportion of effective patients in the study group was higher than that in the conventional group (95.00% and 77.50%, respectively, P < 0.05). In terms of index improvement, the partial pressure of carbon dioxide (PaCO2), blood partial pressure of oxygen (PaO2) and pH value of the study group were better than those of the conventional group after treatment, with statistical significance (P < 0.05). Conclusion Inhalation of budesonide suspension in severe asthma patients with mechanical ventilation treatment can achieve ideal clinical effect, but also can significantly improve the blood gas analysis index, has the value of promoting application.
