To study the effect of routine nursing combined with risk management in improving the nursing quality of acute viral meningitis
研究常规护理联合风险管理在急性病毒性脑膜炎护理质量提升中的应用效果

摘要

目的 观察在对急性病毒性脑膜炎患者护理中按照常规护理联合风险管理共同护理的作用。方法 结合对比护理探究的方式开展分析，纳入患者88例，开展时间2021年2月至2022年5月，按照双盲法均分为对照组（44例，常规护理支持）和观察组（44例，常规护理支持+风险管理）。分析两组护理效果与护理质量。结果 对比两组在治疗期间护理质量评分，在沟通能力、护理文书记录、护理技术以及服务态度方面，观察组评分均高于对照组，P<0.05。对比两组风险事件发生率，观察组发生率低于对照组，P<0.05。对比两组护理满意度以及住院时间，观察组满意度高于对照组，住院时间短于对照组，P<0.05。结论 在对急性病毒性脑膜炎患者护理时按照常规护理+风险管理进行护理，可以有效提升该方面护理质量，降低不良事件发生率，有助于患者恢复。

Abstract

Objective To observe the role of common nursing combined with risk management in the nursing of patients with acute viral meningitis.
Methods Combined with the way of comparative nursing inquiry, 88 patients were included in the analysis, which was carried out from February 2021 to May 2022. According to the double blind method, they were divided into the control group (44 cases, routine nursing support) and the observation group (44 cases, routine nursing support+risk management). The nursing effect and quality of the two groups were analyzed.
Results The nursing quality scores of the two groups during treatment were compared. The scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group in terms of communication ability, nursing documents, nursing skills and service attitude, P<0.05. The incidence of risk events in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). By comparing the nursing satisfaction and hospitalization time of the two groups, the satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the hospitalization time was shorter than that of the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   The nursing of patients with acute viral meningitis according to routine nursing+risk management can effectively improve the quality of nursing in this respect, reduce the incidence of adverse events, and help patients recover.
