Application of CT in the differential diagnosis of pulmonary tuberculosis complicated with lung cancer
肺结核合并肺癌的鉴别诊断中CT的应用

摘要

目的 探究CT检查在肺结核合并肺癌鉴别诊断中的应用效果。方法 筛选2020年4月1日-2022年3月31日作为研究时间，并将此时间段内，由我院接收并实施诊疗的肺结核合并肺癌患者57例，以及单纯患有肺结核的患者57例作为研究参与者纳入本次研究。前者为观察组，后者为对照组，所有患者均开展CT检查。统计两组患者的检查结果，并对研究所得数据展开系统性分析与比较。结果 相比于对照组，观察组各项特征的检出病例更多，占比更高，能显现出两种疾病的明显不同。结论 就CT检查结果来看，单纯性肺结核的影像学特征与肺结核合并肺癌的特征具有明显区别。但CT检查能清晰显现出患者病灶的具体情况，为医师的后续诊疗提供重要助力，是一种集准确度与安全性为一体的可靠检查方式，应予以大范围推荐使用。

Abstract

Objective to investigate the application of CT in the differential diagnosis of pulmonary tuberculosis with lung cancer.
Methods: fifty-seven patients with pulmonary tuberculosis and lung cancer were selected from April 1,2020 to March 31,2022. During this period, 57 patients with pulmonary tuberculosis and lung cancer were treated in our hospital, and 57 patients with only pulmonary tuberculosis were included as study participants. The former was the Observation Group and the latter was the control group. All patients underwent CT examination. Statistical results of the two groups of patients, and the data obtained from a systematic analysis and comparison. Result compared with the control group, the observation group detected more cases of various characteristics, a higher proportion, can show a clear difference between the two diseases.
Conclusion   according to the CT findings, the imaging features of simple pulmonary tuberculosis are obviously different from those of pulmonary tuberculosis with lung cancer. However, CT examination can clearly show the specific condition of the patient's lesion and provide important assistance for the follow-up diagnosis and treatment of the physician. It is a reliable examination method that integrates accuracy and safety, and should be widely recommended.
