Benzene sulfonic acid amlodipine in combination with urban bei sha Tanzania hydrochlorothiazide piece price for the treatment of high blood pressure, diabetes mellitus
苯磺酸氨氯地平联合厄贝沙坦氢氯噻嗪片治疗高血压合并糖尿病的价值

摘要

目的 分析探讨苯磺酸氨氯地平联合厄贝沙坦氢氯噻嗪片治疗高血压合并糖尿病的应用价值。方法 选取我院2019年-2021年接收治疗高血压合并糖尿病患者300例为研究对象，随机将其分为观察组与对照组，其中对照组采用厄贝沙坦氢氯噻嗪片治疗，观察组采用苯磺酸氨氯地平联合厄贝沙坦氢氯噻嗪片治疗，将两组患者在接受治疗前后的血液血压监测与空腹血糖水平的变化程度、生活质量与治疗效果进行比较。结果 观察组患者血压改善情况明显优于对照组，空腹血糖水平改善情况明显优于对照组，生活质量优于对照组，治疗效果高于对照组，数据对比差异有统计学意义（P均<0.05）。结论 采用苯磺酸氨氯地平联合厄贝沙坦氢氯噻嗪片治疗高血压合并糖尿病患者，能够有效改善患者血压与血糖值，具有较高的安全性，值得推广与应用于临床治疗中。

Abstract

Objective to analyze the benzene sulfonic acid amlodipine in combination with urban bei sha Tanzania hydrochlorothiazide tablet application value for the treatment of high blood pressure, diabetes mellitus.
Methods Selection methods: our hospital in 2019-2021, 300 cases receiving treatment of high blood pressure, diabetes mellitus patients as the research object, its randomly divided into observation group and control group, control group adopts he sand hydrochlorothiazide tablet treatment, observation group with benzene sulfonic acid amlodipine in combination with urban bei sha Tanzania hydrochlorothiazide tablet treatment, two groups of patients before and after treatment of blood pressure monitoring and the degree of the change of fasting blood glucose levels, to compare the effect and life quality.
Results tThe improvement of blood pressure in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group, the improvement of fasting blood glucose level was significantly better than that in the control group, the quality of life was better than that in the control group, and the treatment effect was higher than that in the control group. The data comparison difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   using benzene sulfonic acid amlodipine in combination with urban bei sha Tanzania hydrochlorothiazide tablets to treat high blood pressure in patients with diabetes mellitus, can effectively improve the patients' blood pressure and blood sugar, high security, is worthy of popularization and application in clinical treatment.
