Effect of levothyroxine tablets on pregnancy with hypothyroidism
左旋甲状腺素片治疗妊娠合并甲减的效果

摘要

目的 左旋甲状腺素片治疗妊娠合并甲减的作用分析与探讨。方法 实验于2019年12月至2021年1月期间选择200例因妊娠合并甲减前来我院进行就诊的病人进行调研，参与本次调研病人均接受治疗，按照治疗方案进行分组，每组均纳入100例病人。按照治疗方案进行命名，分别为常规组与研究组。常规组所采用的治疗方案为传统常规治疗，即为甲状腺片治疗。研究组所采用的治疗方案为左旋甲状腺素片治疗。总结与探究2种治疗方案实施效果。结果 常规组不良妊娠发生率为12%高于研究组的1%，差异为P<0.05，存在统计学意义。结论 左旋甲状腺素片治疗妊娠合并甲减的效果优异，此方案值得临床应用与普及。

Abstract

Objective To analyze and discuss the effect of levothyroxine tablets in the treatment of pregnancy complicated with hypothyroidism.
Methods From December 2019 to January 2021, 200 patients with pregnancy and hypothyroidism who came to our hospital were selected for investigation. All patients who participated in this investigation were treated and divided into groups according to the treatment plan, and 100 patients were included in each group. According to the treatment plan, they were named as the conventional group and the study group. The conventional group received conventional treatment, namely thyroid tablet therapy. The study group was treated with levothyroxine tablets. To summarize and explore the implementation effects of the two treatment programs.
Results The incidence of adverse pregnancy in the conventional group was 12% higher than 1% in the study group, and the difference was P<0.05, which was statistically significant.
Conclusion   The efficacy of levothyroxine tablets in the treatment of pregnancy with hypothyroidism is excellent, and this scheme is worthy of clinical application and popularization.
