Analysis on the influence of integrated medical care mode on the quality of nursing and the behaviorof complying with medical orders in patients with heart failure
医护一体化模式对心力衰竭患者护理质量及遵医嘱行为的影响分析

摘要

目的 分析心力衰竭患者接受医护一体化模式的效果。方法 从2020年1月-2022年1月时间内因心力衰竭入院接受诊治的患者中随机选择76例展开实验，根据护理形式对其进行组别分类，即实验与对照，各组内患者为38例。对照组内整体均给予一般护理，实验组整体均联合医护一体化，对比相关指标。结果 实验组满意度高于对照组，P＜0.05。实验组遵医嘱行为高于对照组，P＜0.05。护理前，两组心功能与生活质量评分无明显差异，P＞0.05。护理后，观察组心功能改善与生活质量改善程度，均优于对照组，P＜0.05。结论 对心力衰竭患者实施医护一体化模式，可以提高护理质量以及遵医嘱行为，改善患者的心功能以及生活质量，患者满意度较好。

Abstract

Objective to analyze the effect of integrated medical care mode for patients with heart failure.
Methods from January 2020 to January 2022, 76 patients who were hospitalized for heart failure were randomly selected for the experiment. According to the nursing form, they were classified into groups, i.e. experiment and control. There were 38 patients in each group. The control group was given general nursing as a whole, and the experimental group was integrated with medical care as a whole, and the relevant indicators were compared.
Results the satisfaction of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). The compliance behavior of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). Before nursing, there was no significant difference in the scores of cardiac function and quality of life between the two groups (P>0.05). After nursing, the improvement of cardiac function and quality of life in the observation group were better than that in the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   the implementation of the integrated medical care model for patients with heart failure can improve the quality of nursing and the behavior of following the doctor's instructions, improve the cardiac function and quality of life of patients, and the patient's satisfaction is better.
