摘要
老年患者在采取麻醉治疗期间，由于其既往病史、身体机能降低等因素的影响常会发生各种术后并发症和风险，进而对术后的生存质量产生严重影响。同年轻患者相比，老年患者出现并发症更多、风险更高。所以对于即将实施手术治疗的老年患者而言，其术前准备麻醉以及有关方面的处理工作对于麻醉效果、麻醉是否成功等来讲就很重要，本文研究了老年患者有关麻醉方面的准确以及其他处理工作，旨在获得有利用价值的参考依据。

Abstract
During anesthesia treatment, the elderly patients often have various postoperative complications and risks due to the influence of their past medical history, decreased physical function and other factors, which will have a serious impact on the postoperative quality of life. Compared with young patients, elderly patients have more complications and higher risks. Therefore, for the elderly patients who are about to undergo surgical treatment, it is very important to prepare anesthesia before operation and deal with relevant aspects for the anesthesia effect and whether anesthesia is successful or not. This paper studies the accuracy of anesthesia and other treatments for elderly patients in order to obtain valuable reference.
